Earning points is super easy! Every time you shop in any store, just upload your receipt through The Style Outlets app: click on ‘Upload ticket’, take a clear picture showing the header and the totals, and let the system do the rest. Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days. Remember: points expire after 18 months.

Automatic rules apply: (a) max. 2 tickets per store per day; (b) max. 4 tickets per store in 14 days; (c) purchases over €150 need extra validation at Info Point. No appeals are accepted for (a) and (b).

Already shopped and forgot to scan? No problem! Upload your receipt within 30 days via the THE STYLE OUTLETS app, following the same process explained above. Easy!

You don’t need to queue for it – just download THE STYLE OUTLETS app and follow the steps to get your digital card. Fast and eco-friendly! Remember that to request the card, it is necessary to: a) be a verified user - if you are not, contact us and we will be happy to submit your request again; b) have uploaded at least one ticket; c) have at least 150 points.

A Style Club Center is one of our outlets where the program is active. Here’s what it means for you:

Enjoy discounts and benefits just by being a member.
Earn points for all your purchases.
Redeem your points in Style Club shops using your card.
You can choose only one Style Club center at a time, but you can change it later if you wish.

No stress! The refund goes straight back to your Style Club card.

You can use your Stile Club card like a payment card – no need to spend everything at once.

Your balance stays valid for 12 months. If you don’t use it, it will automatically expire – but don’t worry, we’ll remind you by email at 3, 6, 9 months and just before it expires. Don’t let it slip away! Instead, your virtual card is valid for 4 years, after which you will need to request a new one. In this case as well, we will send you emails with all the necessary information!
 

No, the use of your STYLE CLUB card is limited to selected stores in your Style Club center.

No, you can only use it in shops that are members of the Style Club community.

It will remain there for up to 12 months. If no movements are made within that period from the date the balance is generated, the funds will automatically be returned to the treasury account. The user will be notified by email at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 10 days before the balance expiry. - don't let it expire!

You can check the money available whenever you want in the APP.

Yes, all redemptions must be made in blocks of 150 points.

Examples:

150 points = 5€

300 points = 10€

No, points are non-transferable between accounts.

Yes, points expire 18 months after you receive them.

They are exchanged in the APP for money that can be used when shopping at The Style Outlet centers.

Yes, we will always give you one point for every euro spent in shops of the center.

Yes! You can accumulate points for purchases made in any store of the center, but only spent them in the stores participating in STYLE CLUB program.

Yes! You can update your favorite center anytime in the app settings.

If the system can’t validate your receipt, it will be checked manually by our Info Point team. You’ll get a notification in the app once it’s confirmed.

Yes, once your receipt is validated and you have more than 150 points credited, you can convert them into balance and spend it right away.

No worries. Your points and balance are linked to your account, not your device. Just log in again from any phone.
