You support the Store Manager in daily leadership tasks while actively contributing on the shop floor. What Your Day Looks Like

• You coach colleagues on customer experience, assign tasks, and help create a positive working atmosphere.
• You monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and assist with staff scheduling, store administration, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• Together with the Store Manager, you ensure the store is a place customers love to return to — and where your team develops every single day.
