Store Manager MYBRAND

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Store Manager at MYBRAND, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where innovation and ideas are given every chance to thrive. You will represent the brand's image and values on the front line and take full responsibility for the efficient management of the store and team. We are looking for an exceptional manager who will elevate the store to new heights and support MYBRAND’s mission in an innovative and creative way. Essential aspects of the role:

· Achieving the store's profit and loss objectives by creating profit opportunities and taking measures to maximize sales;

· Motivating, advising, and leading the store team to deliver excellent customer service;

· Controlling costs and store operations, such as inventory management, labor costs, administration, and work schedules;

· Monitoring KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and keeping the Retail Manager informed about action plans;

· Analyzing commercial data and taking appropriate measures to achieve KPIs;

· Assisting with team training and sharing product knowledge;

· Recruiting and training talented team members with a passion for fashion.

Our ideal candidate:

· Has a passion for our brand and wants to represent our values;

· Knows how to efficiently lead a team and has demonstrated the ability to develop team members;

· Has experience as a manager in improving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment;

· Has a good understanding of HR policies and processes;

· Has experience in efficiently managing store operations, inventory, and administrative tasks.
