Björn Borg is a sports fashion brand that has become an essential name in the Benelux. Björn Borg products are sold through wholesale partners as well as our own retail stores. We currently have 6 stores in the Benelux and have grown into one of the most successful retail concepts in the region.
As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for advising and selling to customers. In addition, you will handle all daily store operations and contribute to achieving set goals. You have a proactive attitude and a flexible mindset. You come up with ideas that positively contribute to store performance in order to maximize sales results.
You work according to Björn Borg’s guidelines and follow the instructions of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You are an important link in strengthening the brand and, thanks to your enthusiasm, a valuable addition to the team. You have passion, you share our message, and you have a winner’s mentality.
What will you do?
· Support in achieving optimal sales results in line with set goals and targets.
· Focus on active selling of the available assortment: informing and advising customers, assisting in fitting, selling, processing payments, handling complaints, and managing returns.
· Ensure optimal conditions for store sales: merchandising and presenting products according to Björn Borg’s guidelines, (re)arranging the assortment, closing the till, identifying discrepancies, handling administrative tasks, and checking daily operations.
· Ensure proper receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
