The brand originally started with producing white shirts for men and has grown into a fashion brand with an extensive denim collection and accessories. Pure Path offers the modern man affordable and timeless designs for every season.

Ballin Amsterdam is the sporty label of Pure Path. Inspired by the streets of Amsterdam, where Ballin has its roots, it celebrates diversity and embraces street culture. Ballin Amsterdam is pure and wants to go beyond superficiality or materialistic luxury. It aims to inspire young people to pursue their dreams and believe in their talent. At Ballin Amsterdam, we strive for a community based on authenticity and personal connections.

With our head office in Diemen and a team of 50 employees, we design two strong brands, run our own Pure Path and Ballin Amsterdam online channels and stores in various cities, and manage a sales network of more than 350 points of sale in the Netherlands and Belgium.

For our Pure Path store, we are currently looking for an:

Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are jointly responsible for the daily management and operations of the store. In support of the Store Manager, you coach and guide the team so that the store can achieve its targets in terms of sales, presentation, and customer focus.

You are also the first point of contact for employees in the absence of the Store Manager. You support the Store Manager with various tasks, such as managing stock and assisting with staff scheduling. In this role, you work closely with Store Staff, the Store Manager, and the Area Manager.

In addition, you are of course also a Sales Advisor, and the customer is always your top priority.
