PUMA - Assistant store manager

For our PUMA store at Amsterdam The Styles Outlet, we are looking for a talented assistant store manager who want to challenge themself in a dynamic, sports-oriented environment with a focus on the following objectives:

• Work with the Store Manager to ensure the store meets sales targets and KPIs through medium- to long-term strategies, cost control, sales, and customer service
• Ensure high standards of customer service in line with PUMA’s brand values
• Process sales, exchanges, and returns at the register in accordance with company discount policies
• Assist the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing team members through ongoing performance monitoring
• Analyze customer profiles and sales trends to guide business strategy alongside the Store Manager
• Assist the Store Manager in communicating, managing, and executing marketing initiatives and events with budgets in line with company procedures

Your talent

• 2–3 years of managerial experience in a retail environment focused on customer service (preferably apparel and footwear)
• Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the retail industry
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
• Skills in recruiting and managing new team members
• Outgoing with strong communication skills and personal motivation
