For our Outlet Shop at Amsterdam The Style Outlets, we are looking for a:

Assistant Shop Manager

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you are able to lead and motivate a team, always ensuring an energetic and positive working atmosphere. Thanks to your commercial insight, analytical skills, and experience in the industry, you will successfully coordinate the various tasks for which you are responsible. In addition, you are a true sales talent and see every customer as a challenge.

Your responsibilities include:

Co-leading the sales team;

Helping to optimize the presentation of the collection in-store;

Supporting a strong and consistent presentation of the Protest brand in-store;

Achieving the predefined commercial targets;

Shared responsibility for cash register management;

Ensuring clear and effective communication with the head office;

Shared responsibility for opening and closing the store;

Shared responsibility for compliance with all safety procedures and measures;

Selling clothing and advising customers.

We ask:

A completed relevant MBO-level education;

At least 2 years of work experience as a Senior Sales Associate or Assistant Shop Manager in a fashion or sports store;

Excellent sales skills;

Strong communication and social skills;

Fluency in both Dutch and English;

Customer- and service-oriented mindset;

Persuasiveness;

A creative and flexible attitude;

A no nine-to-five mentality;

Affinity with boardsports.

We offer:

A fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position;

A contract for 32 to 40 hours per week;

Salary depending on age and work experience;
