Are you ready to run your own PIECES store and grow a team? As a Store Manager at PIECES, you are the face of the store and the beating heart of the team. You coach, motivate, and ensure everything runs smoothly, from atmosphere and customer experience to performance and team development. This is what your workday looks like:
You manage the store on all fronts. You monitor KPIs, make adjustments where necessary, and translate opportunities directly into actions. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you ensure structure, planning, and a positive vibe. You guide the team in service and sales, process the latest collections, and ensure the store always looks on-point, fully in line with the PIECES signature.

• Experience as a manager in retail, preferably in fashion.
• To manage, coach, and motivate a team on a daily basis.
• Commercially minded and focused on maintaining an overview, even during busy periods.
• Results-oriented coaching, with strong communication.
• Customer focus is in your DNA, just like a sense of style and presentation.
• You have a sense of style and the PIECES look.
• You are flexibly available, including during the lively rush on weekends and other peak times.
