The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

Step into the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Sales Advisor, where cookware and color come together and customers are searching for inspiration! You will be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favorite, sharing product tips, and making sure the store looks fantastic. From handling transactions to replenishing shelves, you bring energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for great food and design to every shift.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

• Contribute daily to the effective management of the store and ensure customer needs are met; respond to all requests and complaints when necessary.
• Work effectively with the manager by providing all relevant information and reporting any issues that occurred during their absence.
• Follow the company pricing policy and implement price changes as instructed.
• Ensure store displays and product merchandising comply with company standards and guidelines.
• Manage the store’s cash register and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, prioritizing the safety of employees and customers.
• Carry out stock counts as instructed and ensure they are completed accurately and in line with company guidelines.

The Perfect Blend: What We Are Looking For

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a premium brand in a retail environment.
• Strong skills in sales, customer service, and maintaining standards.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Demonstrate proactivity by consistently initiating tasks independently and completing them within agreed deadlines.
• Work independently by managing responsibilities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize effectively by identifying key tasks and focusing on high-impact activities in a dynamic environment.
• Deliver customer-focused service through clear, professional, and timely communication across various channels.
