Sales Assistant

Location: Amsterdam The Style Outlets – Halfweg

Opening time:
Monday–Thursday 10am–6pm
Friday–Sunday 10am–8pm

Full time contract: 38h

Mission

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Assistant who wishes to be part of an Italian, modern, and dynamic luxury brand for its new opening.

The goal is to provide high-class customer service by acquiring strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of quality.

According to your working experience and seniority, you will:

● Grant our clients the best shopping experience, building and maintaining repeat clientele.
● Ensure visual standards are professional and reflective of the brand image.
● Diplomatically handle complaints and critical situations with customers and colleagues.
● Assist in maintaining all inventory in the stockroom and ensure the correct product assortment on the shop floor.
● Assist in all areas of stock, shipping, and receiving policies, including related paperwork.
● Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and current trends.

● Demonstrates flexibility to meet store needs.
● Excellent communication skills at all levels.
● Proficient in Dutch and English.
