Your core tasks:

· Creating the GUESS customer experience
· Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets
· Motivating & inspiring your team members
· Replenishing the store
· Assisting with Visual Merchandising activities
· Assisting in training and developing the team

Requirements for the ASM:

· 1–3 years of management experience in retail
· Background in sales and people management
· Excellent customer service skills
· Positive mindset
· A plus if you can also speak Dutch
