Assistant Store Manager (38hrs) - GUESS Halfweg

Are you passionate about fashion and motivated by sales and team success? For our GUESS store in SugarCity Plaza, we are looking for an energetic and experienced Assistant Store Manager who will support the store manager in leading and inspiring the team, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional brand experience for every customer.
Your core tasks are:
- Provide excellent customer service and deliver a strong brand experience
- Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly sales goals
- Actively sell and engage with customers on the sales floor
- Restocking items on the sales floor and managing inventory management
- Cash register management
Requirements for the ASM:
- Relevant retail experience
- Ability to work with sales target
- Good knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive attitude
