For our store at Amsterdam The Style Outlets (ATSO) Halfweg, we are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager who thrives on leading a team, achieving commercial targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

YOUR DAY

As Store Manager, you and your team are responsible for the success of the store. You ensure every customer feels welcome and leaves with a smile.

You work closely with ATSO to increase Dstrezzed's visibility, optimise the capture rate and successfully execute commercial campaigns. You motivate, coach and inspire your team to perform at their very best every day. Most importantly, you lead by example.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the daily store operations and administration.

• Maintain the Dstrezzed brand experience, visual presentation and customer service standards.

• Build and maintain strong communication and collaboration with ATSO.

• Coordinate and execute commercial campaigns and promotions.

• Drive KPIs and achieve commercial targets.

• Manage stock, orders and deliveries.

• Coach, motivate and develop the store team.

• Analyse performance and identify commercial opportunities.

• Report results and improvement opportunities to the Senior Retail Manager.

• Previous retail experience in a leadership role.
