Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Restock and replenish in the correct places, keeping good order and stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times as delivered in training.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Comply with company and legal requirements.
