Ballin Amsterdam is the sporty label of Pure Path. Inspired by the streets of Amsterdam, where Ballin has its roots, it embraces diversity and street culture. We are currently looking for an: Assistant Store Manager
For our Pure Path store

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be jointly responsible for the daily operations and management. Supporting the Store Manager, you coach and guide the team to achieve the store’s goals in sales, presentation, and customer focus.

Additionally, you serve as the first point of contact for staff in the absence of the Store Manager. You will support the Store Manager with various tasks such as managing inventory and helping with scheduling. In this role, you work closely with the store staff, Store Manager, and Area Manager.

You are also, of course, a Sales Advisor — the customer is always your top priority.
