What Your Day Looks Like

• You lead the team on all fronts.
• You set goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure the store looks polished, stylish, and commercially strong.
• Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you provide structure, planning, and a positive vibe.
• You oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, administration, stock control, and visual merchandising.
• On the shop floor, you lead by example: clear communication, motivating leadership, and service that customers remember.

What You Excel In

• Leadership experience in retail, preferably in fashion and outlets
• Ability to coach, motivate, and guide a team daily
• Commercial mindset with strong organisational awareness, even during busy moments
• Results-oriented coaching with strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented by nature, with a strong sense of style and presentation
• Passion for fashion and affinity with the VERO MODA style
• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
