What will you do?

As Store Manager at s.Oliver in Amsterdam-Halfweg, you are the central link in our store. You make sure everything runs smoothly – from managing the team to achieving commercial targets. You know how to create an inspiring store environment where customers feel welcome and colleagues enjoy working.

With your commercial insight, you actively monitor performance, adjust processes, and ensure the store operates at its best. At the same time, you are a coaching leader: motivating your team, celebrating successes, and helping employees grow. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Visual Merchandising, and Buying to make the store a success.

· You lead the team and foster a positive, results-oriented work environment
· You create staff and budget schedules and monitor store targets (sales, conversion, KPIs)
· You coach team members on the job and conduct performance reviews
· You maintain an organized and attractive store, with attention to visual merchandising and product placement
· You manage stock and ensure an efficient logistics process
· You handle administrative tasks such as time registration, safety, and HR matters
· You collaborate closely with HR, Visual Merchandising, Buying & Planning, and Facility
· You identify commercial opportunities and translate them into actionable steps on the shop floor

As Store Manager, you are an energetic and inspiring leader with a strong commercial drive. You have a passion for both fashion and people development. In a dynamic environment, you thrive – easily switching between strategic and operational thinking. You take responsibility, work independently, and know how to make your team function as one cohesive unit. You are solution-oriented and always keep an eye on both customer satisfaction and team growth. You also have:

· Availability of 36–38 hours per week
· Proven leadership experience in retail, preferably fashion
· At least an MBO-level education (or equivalent)
· Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English – knowledge of German is a plus
