Job description

Our management team makes a huge difference to our customers, our team and our business every day. They lead, train the team, sell, inspire, solve problems and so much more. You lead by example, and you take pride in it!

KEY PLAYER
You work closely with the management team, making reporting and communication essential. Together with the managers, you consistently encourage teamwork. In the Manager’s absence, the team can rely on you, and you and the Assistant Manager are their first points of contact. Your sense of responsibility is always at the heart of how you support and manage your team.

PRODUCT EXPERT
You are passionate about our products and ensure that the store is appealing to our customers.
You are responsible for maintaining an immaculate store presentation. Above all, you are a true ambassador for the Skechers brand, promoting our products and technologies to our customers.

MENTOR
Trainer, coach and MENTOR! A Supervisor oversees outstanding individual performance, encourages teamwork and ensures everything runs smoothly. You always stay up to date with the latest developments, have excellent judgement and are a natural planner!

Job requirements
• Experience in a similar role.
• You know how to drive sales and ensure your store achieves its targets.
• Your team is essential to your sales results and customer relationships, so you are skilled at recognising and nurturing talent.
• You are an expert in inventory management and store presentation.
• You are consistently efficient and effective, know how to prioritise and can respond flexibly to unforeseen circumstances.
· Communication matters to you, and you have the skills to share information and lead your team.
· A good command of English.
