Leads the team during meetings and drives them to exceed sales goals. Ensures strong individual sales through impeccable store standards and extraordinary customer service. Coaches the team in various sales techniques and supervises with the goal of increasing store profitability and maximizing sales!
PRODUCT EXPERT
Is fully dedicated to our footwear and ensures the store is visually appealing to customers. A demanding leader who insists on flawless merchandise, correct labeling and pricing, and excellent presentation. Ultimately, a true Skechers brand ambassador who promotes our product and informs customers about our amazing shoes, accessories, and apparel.
MENTOR
Recruiter, trainer, teacher, and MENTOR! Supports the Store Manager by supervising outstanding individual performance, encouraging team collaboration, and ensuring that applicants and staff alike have an exceptional experience.
PROCESS GURU
Treats the store like their own domain, supporting the Store Manager in executing solid procedures and routines that minimize shrink and maximize profitability. Understands and insists that the store must be clean and well-presented and ensures the team follows best practices for an efficient and profitable store.

• Communication is second nature to you—you’re great at sharing information and directing your team, both in writing and verbally.
• Some colleagues might call you a control freak—for your tight grip on timing and resources to meet deadlines, improve efficiency, and hit priorities.
• Thanks to your leadership experience in retail/hospitality, you immediately gain credibility and are a key support to your Store Manager.
