We are currently looking for a Security Guard to join our friendly team at Amsterdam The Style Outlets. This unique location offers every aspect of the security profession, making it the perfect place to develop your skills. Whether you're just starting your career or already have years of experience, you'll find plenty of challenges here. From first aid and incident response to operating the control room and managing the parking system—you'll gain valuable experience in every area.

What will you do?

As a Security Guard, you'll be part of a professional team responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for visitors, retailers, and staff. Your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the outlet centre and identifying potential security risks
• Carrying out opening, closing, and fire safety inspections
• Coordinating colleagues from the control room
• Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to alarms and incidents
• Acting during emergencies and carrying out emergency response (BHV) duties
• Writing clear and accurate incident reports
• Managing the logistics process for deliveries and transport companies
• Maintaining parking facilities and parking terminals
• Answering intercom and telephone calls

You will be highly visible in uniform and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and employees. Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment is at the heart of your role.

What do you bring?

• An MBO Security diploma or an equivalent recognised security qualification
• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (three weekends per roster period), public holidays, and holiday periods
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard IT applications
• A professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• You are alert, decisive, trustworthy, and able to remain calm under pressure
