We are a dynamic and established Italian retail company experiencing strong growth in both Italy and abroad. As a result, we are constantly looking for new talents to join our team. For the opening of our new store at Amsterdam The Style Outlets, we are seeking a Sales Assistant.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Sales

• Demonstrated quality sales skills (KPI-focused).
• Deliver excellence in sales, customer service, and loyalty-building.
• Achieve and exceed periodic sales targets.
• Maintain a flawless store image, in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser.
• Share sales results and provide weekly product feedback to the Store Manager.

Visual Merchandising

• Proven knowledge and skills in executing Visual Merchandising activities.

Operations

• Adhere to business procedures and company directives.
• Proficiency in using computer systems (Office suite and cash management systems).

Requirements for the Role

• Previous experience in a similar role within structured retail companies.
• Background with similar brands is preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset and customer-centric approach.
• Excellent team player and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
