Ravensburger Outlet is looking for an Assistant Store Manager

Are you an enthusiastic individual who can take on a challenge? Do you have a passion for puzzles and games, excellent sales skills and a talent for leadership? Then we’re looking for you!

Duties and responsibilities:

• You act as a brand ambassador, proudly representing the brand to your team and customers.
• You are friendly and service-oriented.
• You support the Store Manager and take over their responsibilities in their absence.
• You are familiar with targets and KPIs, strive to achieve them and know how to motivate your team to do the same.
• You have strong communication skills and are independent, proactive and flexible.
• You operate the till and handle cash register administration.
• You ensure that products are well organised and presented, and that the store looks its best.
