We are looking for a Store Manager for 38 hours per week for our ONLY & SONS store in Halfweg.

As a Store Manager, you create an environment in which everyone can get the best out of themselves. You are a team that complements each other and puts service first. You are a motivator and use KPIs to manage and drive your team. You have a true winner’s mentality.

Your Area Manager is your sounding board, and together you work towards the best results. Together with the Visual Merchandiser, you ensure that the right products are in the right place and that they are presented in the shop according to the VM guidelines.

But most importantly of all, you are to your team what fuel is to an engine!

WHO ARE YOU?
Over the past 1–3 years, you have held a managerial position within retail, for example as a (Assistant) Store Manager, Shop Manager or Floor Manager. An education in retail/detail trade is a plus. In addition, you are flexible as a colleague and available during weekends and late shopping evenings.

You love fashion!
You have a helicopter view and coordinate all activities within the store;
You feel responsible for your store and your team and treat both with care;
A fast-paced working environment only makes you more driven to perform. A flexible mindset suits you perfectly;
You are commercially strong;
You have a good command of the Dutch and English language;
You have at least MBO-4 level of work and thinking.
