Garcia - Assistant Store Manager

Your daily to-do list will look something like this:

In this role, you will be the Store Manager's right hand and share responsibility for all operational aspects in and around the store. Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in coaching, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve the store's sales, presentation and customer service targets.
• Working together with the Store Manager and the team to create a welcoming shopping environment where customers feel at home and enjoy their experience.
• Contributing ideas to create an attractive and commercially appealing store while ensuring that the store concept and brand standards are maintained.
• Supporting the Store Manager with administrative tasks and work planning, including creating staff schedules, managing inventory and overseeing cash register operations.

• Your hourly wage depends on your age and work experience. We follow the Retail Non-Food Collective Labour Agreement. View the salary table effective from January 1, 2026 here.
