Your shift as a Hospitality Supervisor

During your shift, you are the team's go-to person. You lead from the floor, right alongside your colleagues. With energy, clear oversight, and great timing, you make sure everything runs smoothly. You know exactly where support is needed, keep morale high, and motivate your team with coaching, encouragement, and recognition. Together, you create an outstanding experience for every guest by:

• Coordinating the shift and stepping in wherever needed
• Coaching and training team members to excel in hospitality
• Identifying opportunities to work smarter, faster, or better
• Ensuring everything – from the dining area to the counters – looks its very best

The Assistant Manager creates the plan. You bring it to life with pace, teamwork, and strong leadership.

You bring structure, energy, and leadership

You already have experience in hospitality and are ready to take the next step into a leadership role. Perhaps you've worked in a restaurant, catering, café, or retail environment and are looking for more responsibility. If you know how to motivate people, you'll fit right in. In addition:

• You have coaching or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar environment
• You communicate clearly and always think one step ahead
• You are available for at least 22.5 hours per week
• You are eager to continue growing in both hospitality and leadership

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you'll also receive:

• A monthly salary between €2,769 and €3,352 based on a 38-hour contract
• 8% holiday allowance and an annual bonus equivalent to one week's salary
• Travel reimbursement of up to €17.60 per day
• Additional night shift allowance of up to 50%
• An employee discount card valid at HMSHost locations
