Assistant Horeca Manager The Burger Federation

THIS WILL BE YOUR ROLE
As Assistant Horeca Manager, you are partly responsible for the performance of the store and the right hand of the Horeca Manager, to whom you report. You coach and commit dozens of employees yourself, including (co-)determining the planning, drawing up schedules and facilitating daily activities. Assessment and evaluation interviews are also in your scope. As is monitoring correct compliance with absenteeism, HACCP and safety policies. In addition, we expect you to have an exemplary function, both towards existing and new colleagues, whom you also onboard and empower. Although you are in charge most of the time, you have an important role when it comes to inventory management, budgeting, forecasting and administrative recording. Variety is therefore present in this role. Good to know: career development is the rule rather than the exception with us, and this role is the logical springboard to store final responsibility.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US

• A salary of €2,734 to €3,399 for 38 hours/week
• Allowances, an extra week's salary and max. €17.60 travel allowance per day
• Permanent contract, immediately for an indefinite period, including a good pension scheme

WHAT YOU BRING 

• MBO level 4 (preferably in hospitality), 3+ years of relevant experience, of which 2+ management experience
• Organizational talent, coaching qualities, coordinating skills 
• Familiar with the laws and regulations surrounding (food) safety
• Proficiency in Dutch is a requirement
• Proud owner of the teacher's diploma or willing to obtain it
