Your role as a Barista: from the first sip to the biggest smile

You're the friendly face behind the counter, the creator of the perfect cappuccino, and the reason guests keep coming back. Whether it's a bold espresso, a creamy latte, or an ice-cold frappuccino, you prepare every drink with skill and flair.

As a Barista, you will:

• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and personal attention.

• Create delicious coffee specialties that look as good as they taste.

• Keep the store clean, fresh, and inviting so everyone feels at home.

• Work closely with your colleagues, supporting each other while having fun.

You as a Barista: energetic, curious, and welcoming

Whether you already have experience in hospitality or catering, or simply have a passion for coffee, your attitude and enthusiasm are what matter most. We'll teach you everything you need to know about coffee, latte art, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You're the perfect fit if you:

• Are available between 8 and 30 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.

• Are motivated to grow and develop your skills in hospitality.

• Salary: €16.19 per hour (from age 20, including holiday pay).

• An annual bonus equivalent to one week's salary.
