This cheese is the ripened version of our young natural Gouda.
This cow cheese has been matured for about 4 months and therefore has a slightly sharper taste than the young Gouda cheese.
The texture is soft and creamy and the cheese is still easy to cut.
This wheel can be perfectly cut into the desired pieces with our Dutch cheese knife and sliced with one of our cheese slicers.
