JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Manager at IN GOLD WE TRUST. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where innovation and ideas are given every opportunity. You will represent the brand's image and values in front of screens and bear full responsibility for the efficient management of the shop and team. We are looking for a great manager who will take the shop to new heights and support the mission of IN GOLD WE TRUST in an innovative and creative way.
Essential aspects of the position:
- Achieve the shop's profit and loss targets by creating profit opportunities and taking measures to maximise sales;
- Motivate, advise and lead the shop team to provide excellent customer service;
- Control costs and shop operations such as inventory management, payroll, administration and work schedules;
- Monitor KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and keeping the Retail Manager informed on action plans;
- Analyse commercial data and take appropriate action to achieve KPIs;
- Assist in team training and share product knowledge;
- Recruit and train talented team members with a passion for fashion.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a passion for our brand and wants to promote our values;
- Knowing how to lead a team efficiently is essential, as is having proven ability to develop your team;
- Has experience as a manager in improving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment;
- Good knowledge of HR policies and processes;
- Has experience in efficiently managing shop operations, inventory and administrative tasks.
