For our s.Oliver Outlet Store in Halfweg, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager. You are an ambitious leader with a passion for fashion and a motivator for the team. On the shop floor, you are an enthusiastic people manager where sales and service come first, and in addition, you support the Store Manager in daily operations. You translate the mission and vision to the team and know how to bring out the right team dynamics to achieve and increase sales targets.
 

This is you: 


• Numerical insight and analytical skills; working result-oriented and goal-oriented 
• You know how to motivate, coach, and inspire the team; leading by example 
• Communicative and socially skilled in word and writing 
• Ambition and passion for fashion, affinity with our brand 
• You can function in a dynamic and international work environment 
• You have 2 years of managerial experience in the fashion industry and are flexible 
• You can work with the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
• Knowledge of the German language

 

Your task: 

• Understanding of logistic processes; ensures correct product offering by coordinating the right product delivery from the warehouse to the floor and replenishment 

• Active knowledge of KPIs; sales and customer advice together with the team 

• Support budget and personnel planning; reporting important information and targets to the Store Manager 

• Maintains a safe store and work environment by complying with s.Oliver policies and procedures 

• Proactively collaborate with the Store Manager to improve performance
