Job Description

Our Salespeople are responsible for ensuring that our customers value our stores and shoes as much as we do. They contribute to an unparalleled customer experience and consistently promote the Skechers brand.


SALES
Greet and meet our customers, get to know them as needed, and ensure that each visit is pleasant for them, whether they are in the store for 2 minutes or 2 hours. Promote our amazing products, features, and benefits, and recommend shoes and accessories that meet or exceed customer wants and needs.

PRODUCT
Handle our shoes and accessories with care, always ensure the store is well-stocked, prices are correct, and the presentation meets company requirements and is attractive, including accurate labels. Demand that the store is always clean and beautiful. Process shipments quickly and within any deadlines so our customers can have their perfect shoes on time. Act as an ambassador for the Skechers brand by providing customers with extensive product knowledge every day.

PEOPLE
Be an enthusiastic team member, treat colleagues with respect, encourage them, and contribute to team spirit. Share your positive attitude and enthusiasm with customers every day.

PROCEDURES

Pick up appropriate shoes, restock shelves, store product, clean the store, and always ensure that displayed merchandise and the store itself look perfect. Strictly follow company policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines to ensure the store operates well and is stable and profitable. During cashier service, always work with precision and integrity in all customer transactions.

• You find standing around waiting terribly boring and use your energy to always complete your tasks on time, ensuring the store and shelves are full, ready for customers, and looking their best.
• When working with your team and customers, you exude a lot of positive energy and cheerfulness, but without losing sight of the goal, and you always ensure that you deliver accurate and reliable work.
• You have learned a lot from your previous experience in retail/customer service, but you have always wanted to learn more and appreciate the positive feedback and guidance from your superiors.
