About the position

With this challenging part-time job, you will ensure that everyone feels welcome in our store! As a store employee, you always put the customer first and can listen well to the customer's needs and respond accordingly. At VILA, every style is made with passion, and it's up to you to enable someone to wear it proudly! You are always aware of our ongoing promotions so that you can mention them in sales conversations. In addition to creating a pleasant atmosphere in the store, you ensure that the store is always neat and stocked. You also assist with processing daily trades. At VILA, you learn to work with (personal) goals. This includes achieving sales targets and your personal development. We look at what suits you so that you can be the best version of yourself!
