The head office for the Benelux is located in Maastricht Airport. The Benelux organization consists of a team of more than 200 enterprising and passionate colleagues.

Your mission

You are a calling card for s.Oliver. Fashion is your passion. You like to advise, sell and you have a doer mentality. You contribute to the optimal shopping experience. Together with the team you are responsible for the appearance of the store.

Your job as a sales associate

You start the day together with the team, where the store manager informs you about the current promotions and the objectives of the day. During the day you help and advise customers in the store, at the fitting rooms and behind the cash register. You contribute to a fantastic customer experience, with the aim of binding the customer to us. We offer several collections throughout the year, which are immediately presented on the floor. Processing of the flow of goods takes place on a daily basis. You are an essential link within our team. You replenish goods from the warehouse and process them in the store, you provide products with the correct discounts and keep the presentation of focus points commercial. In addition, you ensure that the store looks neat at all times.

Your profile

• You have a customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude
• You are curious about the customer's wishes, advise them during the purchasing process and know how to translate these wishes into the perfect outfit based on product knowledge.
• You are social and make contact easily. With your energy you infect others in their enthusiasm
• You are flexible, can work independently and have a proactive work attitude
• You are a fan of our clothing and you can identify with our target group, while you have a representative appearance
• You are willing to learn and eager to maximize sales with your team
• Fashion related sales experience is a plus
• You are also available on weekends and shopping evenings
