We are looking for a Storemanager (32 - 38 hours) to run our VERO MODA store in Amsterdam outlet! Do you get energy from helping people, do you know how to manage KPIs, how to lead a team and how to create a good atmosphere? Then we are looking for you!

Will you join us on an adventure to take VERO MODA to the next level? We look at what suits you, so that you can function optimally in the fashion scene! You will be given the challenging position of Shop Manager, where you will coordinate all activities within the shop. Every day you will analyse the sales figures with a commercial mindset to grow and you will be able to train, motivate and inspire your own dream team to great results. The customer is always number one and besides taking care of the customer's wardrobe and shopping experience, you are able to create a good atmosphere in the shop together with your team. You also ensure that the shop always looks fashionable and well-stocked. Your future starts here, an adventure that can take you anywhere!

Your skills

Experience as a manager in Retail or another sector
Feeling with figures/KPIs

You can give customers a pleasant shopping experience and inspire them in a service-oriented way
You have the skills to manage, train and motivate a team
