This is what your workday looks like
As a Store Manager, you will lead the team on a daily basis. You set goals, monitor KPIs and translate commercial opportunities into concrete actions. Together with your Assistant Store Manager(s), you provide structure, coaching and a positive working atmosphere in which the team grows - both in performance and personally.

You are responsible for staff planning, recruitment, administration, visual merchandising and inventory management. On the floor you are the example in service, presentation and style - and you ensure a store where customers like to come back.

• You have experience in a managerial retail position, preferably in fashion.
• You know how to motivate, develop and lead a team to results.
• You are commercially strong and combine business acumen with a sense of style.
• You communicate clearly, inspire others and create structure.
• You are flexible, also on weekends.
• You have an affinity with the style of SELECTED.
