Welcome to Garcia.
The place where we make sure you feel right at home from the start. Once you've mastered all the ins & outs of (running) the store, you'll be selling more than just fashion. You’ll be the face of Garcia and an expert in styling families. You do this with passion, joy, and confidence—so customers feel inspired and pleasantly surprised.

Your daily to-do list will look something like this:

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Processing, unpacking, restocking, folding, hanging, tidying, and presenting merchandise.
• Applying price changes and discounts.
• Operating the cash register.

• Your hourly wage depends on your age and experience. We follow the CAO Retail Non-Food. View the wage table effective January 1, 2025.
• 24 vacation days (based on full-time), pension, and holiday allowance.
• Travel reimbursement: public transport is covered or you receive €0.19 per kilometer regardless of how you travel to the store.

• You have an affinity for fashion.
• You are welcoming and proactive.
• You’re flexible and enjoy working weekends and evenings.
• You speak Dutch and/or English fluently.
