Björn Borg (www.bjornborg.com) is a sports fashion brand that has become an integral part of the Benelux. Björn Borg products are available through wholesale customers and our own retail stores. Currently, we have six stores in the Benelux and have grown into one of the most successful retail concepts in the region.

As a sales associate, you are responsible for advising and assisting customers with purchases. Additionally, you will handle all tasks related to store sales and contribute to achieving the set targets. You have a proactive attitude, a flexible mindset, and you propose ideas that positively impact business operations to maximize revenue.

You will work according to Björn Borg's established guidelines and under the supervision of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Furthermore, you will play a key role in strengthening the brand, and with your enthusiasm, you will be a valuable addition to the team. You are passionate, share our message, and possess a winning mentality.

 

What will you do?

  • Support achieving optimal sales results according to set targets.
  • Actively sell the available assortment, including informing and advising customers, assisting with fittings, processing purchases, handling complaints, and processing returns.
  • Create optimal conditions for store sales, including displaying and presenting products in line with Björn Borg's guidelines, rearranging assortments, cash register closure, resolving discrepancies, handling administrative tasks, and monitoring operations.
  • Ensure optimal receipt, storage, and shipping of goods.
