Björn Borg (www.bjornborg.com) is a sport fashion brand that has become a staple in the Benelux. Björn Borg products are available through wholesale clients and our own retail stores. We currently have six stores in the Benelux and have grown into one of the most successful retail concepts in the region.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you are responsible for advising and assisting customers, driving sales, and performing all retail-related tasks. You contribute to achieving the set goals and have a proactive and flexible attitude. You actively propose ideas that can positively impact the store's operations to maximize revenue.

You will follow Björn Borg’s guidelines and the instructions of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. As part of the team, you play a crucial role in strengthening the brand. With your enthusiasm, you bring energy and value to the team. You are passionate, embrace our vision, and have a winning mentality.

What will you do?

  • Support in achieving optimal sales results according to the set goals and targets.
  • Actively sell products by informing and advising customers, assisting with fitting, processing purchases, handling complaints, and managing returns.
  • Ensure optimal store conditions, including displaying and presenting products according to Björn Borg guidelines, reorganizing inventory, closing the cash register, addressing discrepancies, and performing administrative tasks.
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and shipping of goods.
