Location: Amsterdam The Style Outlets - Halfweg
Opening hours: Monday–Thursday 10:00–18:00, Friday–Sunday 10:00–20:00
Full-time contract – 38h

Mission
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Sales Assistant who wants to be part of a modern and dynamic Italian luxury brand during the opening of our new store.
The goal is to deliver high-level customer service by developing strong product knowledge and understanding the brand’s quality.

Depending on your experience and seniority, you will:
● Provide the best possible shopping experience and build a loyal clientele.
● Ensure visual merchandising standards are professional and reflect the brand image.
● Handle complaints and critical situations with diplomacy and professionalism.
● Support with inventory management in the stockroom and ensure proper product display on the shop floor.
● Assist with stock, shipping, receiving, and related administrative tasks.
● Stay up to date and engaged with fashion trends and industry news.

● Able to identify store needs independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
● Strong team player: builds effective relationships that support team goals.
● Flexible and adaptable to store demands.
● Excellent communication skills at all levels.
● Fluent in Dutch and English.
