As an Assistant Store Manager at MYBRAND, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where innovation and ideas are given every chance to thrive. You will represent the brand's image and values and work alongside the Store Manager to efficiently oversee store operations and the team. Essential aspects of the role:
· Assisting the Store Manager in achieving KPIs and identifying profit opportunities;
· Setting daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to enhance store performance;
· Monitoring KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and keeping the Store Manager informed about action plans;
· Controlling costs and store operations, such as inventory management, labor costs, administration, and work schedules;
· Inspiring, motivating, and developing your team through training, coaching, and product knowledge;
· Taking charge of the store in the Store Manager's absence;
· Ensuring the entire store looks perfect.
