Job description

In our Outlet Store in Sugar City, as an Assistant Store Manager at My Brand, you get the opportunity to work in an environment where innovation and ideas are given every opportunity. You represent the image and values of the brand and work with the Store Manager to efficiently manage the store operations and team.

Essential aspects of the position

  • Help the Store Manager achieve KPI's and realize profit opportunities;

  • Define daily and weekly sales targets for the store team to improve store performance;

  • Follow up on KPIs and team performance by preparing reports and informing the Store Manager about action plans;

  • Monitor costs and store operations, such as inventory management, payroll, records, and work schedules;

  • Inspire, motivate and develop your team through training, coaching and product knowledge;

  • Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is absent;

  • Making sure the whole store looks perfect.

  • Works very customer-oriented and has experience in leading and developing a team;

  • Has experience in pursuing and improving KPIs and sales targets in a fast paced retail environment;

  • Has experience in managing store operations, inventories and administrative tasks;

  • Can motivate and drive a team to exceed KPIs.
