What does your new role look like?

As a Store Manager at s.Oliver in Halfweg, you are the driving force behind the success of our outlet store. You create budget and personnel plans and ensure that logistical processes run smoothly. Together with your team, you keep the store neat and organized, with product placement and inventory management playing a key role. Administrative tasks such as time tracking, personnel matters, and store safety also fall under your responsibilities. For all of the above, you work closely with HR, the District Visual Merchandiser, the Buyer, Planner & Allocator, Marketing Officer, and the Security & Facility Officer.

Additionally, you play a coaching role within the team, encouraging employees to achieve the best results. By celebrating successes and setting clear goals, you create a positive and driven work atmosphere. You report to the Senior Store Manager.

Job requirements:

  • Strong communication and social skills, both spoken and written.
  • Numerical insight and analytical ability.
  • At least three years of leadership experience in Retail/Fashion Sales.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), fluency in English, and basic knowledge of German.
  • Flexible availability.
