Budget and personnel planning.

Understanding of logistics processes; ensures correct product supply in cooperation with the Store Management Team by coordinating the correct product delivery from the warehouse to the floor and replenishment.

Store administration; checkout control, sick and recovery reports staff, timekeeping, financial results and store safety.

Coaching on the job: supporting and encouraging team in the process to achieve the best results; creating well-being and commitment through evaluations, celebrating successes and organizing meetings.

Regular interaction with HR, District Visual Merchandiser as well as the Buyer, Planner & Allocator and partners in the Outlet regarding product, pricing and staff.

Ensuring order and structure in the flow of goods and on the sales floor.

Devise and execute offers and events together with the Marketing department.

Reporting to the Senior Store Manager.
