You will coach your colleagues on the floor, keep an overview and contribute to a strong team dynamic. This is what your workday looks like
You manage the team, monitor the KPIs and support in personnel planning, store administration and visual merchandising. You switch quickly, keep the energy high and ensure that the team knows what needs to be done. On the floor you set a good example with personal advice, styling tips and a store that looks fresh and inspiring - completely PIECES.
