We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (32 - 38 hours) for the JACK&JONES Outlet Store in Sugar City, Halfweg (Amsterdam)! Are you energized by helping people? Do you know how to work with KPIs, lead a team, and create a great atmosphere? Then you’re the one we’re looking for!

Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support in guiding, training, and motivating the team to develop personally while fostering a positive atmosphere on the shop floor. Are you the one who can ensure that customer service and experience always come first?

You’ll be co-responsible for the success of the store, focusing on sales, budgeting, and coordinating daily operations. Alongside the Store Manager, you’ll monitor KPIs daily. Of course, you’ll also make sure the store is always “on point” with the help of the team.
