Your daily to-do list will look something like this:

In this role you are the right hand of the Store Manager and you are partly responsible for all operational aspects on and off the store. Your main tasks include:

• You support the Store Manager in coaching, motivating and inspiring the team, so that the store's objectives in terms of sales, presentation and customer focus are achieved.
• Together with the Store Manager and the team, you ensure a pleasant shopping environment, so that the customer feels at home and experiences a good feeling.
• You think along and come up with ideas about a commercial and attractive image of the store and monitor the store formula used
• You support the Store Manager in the administration and planning of the work. This includes making schedules, managing the stock and the cash register.

• Sense of responsibility
• You have a perfect command of the Dutch and/or English language
• Numerical insight and organizational skills
