Mission

We are looking for an energetic and passionate sales associate who wants to be part of an Italian modern and dynamic luxury brand in its new opening. The aim is to provide first class customer service through a strong knowledge of the product and its quality.

Depending on your work experience and seniority, you will

• Provide our customers with the best shopping experience by building and retaining repeat customers.

• Ensure visual standards are professional and reflect the brand image.

• Handle complaints and critical situations diplomatically with customers and colleagues.

• Assist in maintaining all inventory in the warehouse and ensuring the correct product range on the floor.

• Assist in all areas of inventory/shipping/receiving policies and all related paperwork.

• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and trends.
