For our branch in the style outlet at Halfweg, we are looking for a Part-time A-team member with a passion for the kitchen. As Team Leader, you will be the day manager, motivating, inspiring, managing the team and taking on administrative tasks. You spend most of your time on the floor, monitoring the processes all the way through, ensuring the quality of the coffee and dishes, and setting an example in perfect guest service. You will be the manager's support and are able to fill any role, from wait staff to Sandwich Chef!

As a new Anne&Max A-team staff member, you will start with the A-team training, in which you will learn all about management, opening and closing activities, as well as in-depth knowledge of manuals and procedures. Furthermore, you will be an active member of the A-team and contribute to actions in the branch, the achievement of the daily and monthly objectives and training sessions and workshops. As part of the A-team, after the training course, you can go even deeper as Head Barista or Head Sandwich Chef in consultation with the manager.

Our menu for you

• You will be part of a friendly team
• You can work 32 hours a week, spread over 4 days
• Your gross hourly wage is € 13.75 CLA) plus a contribution to your travel expenses

• Location is easily accessible by public transport

Working hours are Monday to Wednesday between 09:30 and 18:00 and Thursday to Sunday between 09:00 and 20:00
