Amsterdam The Style Outlets in Halfweg features three exciting hospitality concepts. Choose your favorite location, and we'll reserve your spot! You can choose from Starbucks, the full-service restaurant The Burger Federation & Pommes Frites. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll need to excel in planning, sourcing, and budgeting more than the average premier league club. Your coaching and inspirational qualities will also be constantly put to the test. Do you possess those skills? Here's what you'll be doing:

• You'll be responsible for the financial and personnel performance of the establishment: mi toko es su toko.

• You onboard, commit, coach, and develop a substantial team, consisting of Team Trainers, Shift Managers, and Hospitality Staff (span of service: approx. 25 colleagues).

• You chart the course to the finish line and ensure the entire team subscribes to that vision.

• You establish budgets and drive hard KPIs in terms of margin, costs, and guest experience.

• You identify improvement opportunities and innovation possibilities: what can we do better?

• You initiate and drive operational optimization projects that continuously improve performance.

 

Here's what you'll get:

• A salary ranging from €2,280 to €2,810 (in accordance with the hospitality collective labor agreement, job scale 6) based on a full-time (38 hours) position and depending on your experience (excluding irregularity allowances).

• A permanent, indefinite-term contract.

• An extra week's salary annually.

• High travel expense reimbursement of up to €16.80 per worked day (€0.21 per km).

• 50% discount at nearly all HMSHost hospitality locations in the Netherlands, and a free piece of fruit during your work.

• A referral bonus of €125 for part-timers or €250 net for full-timers for each new colleague you refer (and €500 net for a managerial role).

This is you, more or less:

• You have hospitality, retail, and/or hospitality leadership experience: 3+ years of relevant managerial experience.

• You thrive in a high-volume setting: you are the eye of the storm.

• You can weigh and reconcile the interests of guests, colleagues, and the broader organization.

• You're not daunted by revenue responsibility and have financial acumen.

• You operate with a strong sense of care and love for your team but prioritize the guest experience.

• You're ready for a role that challenges you and your team to excel.
