If you've proven that you can inspire teams and lead them towards a common goal, you'll be coaching an HMSHost hospitality team in Amsterdam The Style Outlets in Halfweg in no time. It's based on a permanent contract, so guaranteed security. Here's what you'll be doing

• You're the 'boss' of the shift at Starbucks or the full-service restaurant The Burger Federation & Pommes Frites.

• You coach, inspire, and develop the team based on 'servant leadership' principles

• You coordinate the shift, schedule colleagues, and keep the operation running smoothly.

• You sometimes work in the store, welcome guests, and ensure a great atmosphere.

• You monitor KPIs, constantly seek improvement opportunities, and take action.

• You train colleagues and, together with the Team Trainer, are responsible for onboarding.

Here's what you'll get

• A salary between €2,050 and €2,520 gross (hospitality collective labor agreement, function scale 5) based on a full-time (38 hours) position and depending on your experience, (excluding irregularity allowances).

• A permanent contract, indefinite term employment.

• An additional week's salary annually.

• High travel expense reimbursement of up to €16.80 per working day (0.21 cents per km).

• 50% discount at almost all HMSHost hospitality locations in the Netherlands, and a free piece of fruit during your work.

• A referral bonus of €125 for part-timers or €250 net for full-timers for referring a new colleague. (and €500 net for a leadership position).

This is you, more or less

• You easily operate at an MBO 4 level and have 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or hospitality experience.

• You have demonstrated leadership talent: colleagues look to you for direction and inspiration.

• You're a skilled planner, can think ahead, and don't easily panic.

• You know how to motivate colleagues and keep them motivated.

• You have the drive to progress and are willing to invest in your own development.

• You understand that things need to get done and are always ready to pitch in and make a difference.
