The recipe for a Barista

For our newly opened branch in Halfweg, we are looking for an all-round employee. As an all-round employee, you will spend most of your time on the floor, making drinks behind the bar and looking after guests according to Anne&Max's values. You will be responsible for the quality of the coffee and working behind the bar according to our hygiene standards and manuals.

As a new Anne&Max barista, you start with the Serving & Hospitality training. From here you will continue your Anne&Max path with the barista training course. After completing this path, you will be able to open the business independently as a barista, know exactly how the espresso machine works and have full control of frothing milk. You have mastered the theory of beans and stay up-to-date on this by learning about new trends and developments. You are committed and enthusiastic and actively contribute ideas on how to be the very best in coffee.

Experience may be important, but we also value commitment and eagerness to learn. Are you enthusiastic, super friendly and sociable? Are you flexible and do you like delicious food and great coffees? Then working at Anne&Max is for you!

Our menu for you

This is what you will earn (all-in hourly wage):

• €8.61 per hour as a 16-year-old
• €10.04 per hour as a 17-year-old
• €11.47 per hour as an 18-year-old
• €12.91 per hour as a 19-year-old
• €14.34 per hour as a 20-year-old
• €14.63 per hour as a 21-year-old
• €14.92 per hour as a 22-year-old
• €15.20 per hour as a 23-year-old
• Travel allowance and a bonus if you work on public holidays
• A flexible side job: work as often and when you want, from 3 hours per week onwards
• A nice bonus if you recommend someone to come and work with us too
