As a shop manager, you, along with your team, ensure a well-organized store that showcases our beautiful products. You are entrepreneurial and have a coaching role with your colleagues. With several years of experience in a similar role, you refine the (commercial) aspects and help the store and your team grow. You provide advice on different brands, types of products, and usage tips.

Your most common tasks include:

• Managing and motivating the team

• Conducting sales conversations in a proactive and customer-oriented manner

• Monitoring sales and responding based on a marketing strategy

• Maintaining a clean and attractive appearance of the store

You are energetic, proactive, and goal-oriented. You're willing to go the extra mile, and being customer-focused in your thinking and actions is natural for you. You understand and acknowledge your role in our customer satisfaction. You genuinely care about others and communicate openly and positively. You aim to provide customers with the best advice so they leave with a suitable product.
